Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Crealix AI ("Crealix"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. We Do Not Offer Refunds

AI image, video, and audio generation runs on GPU compute that carries real upstream cost we can't reverse once a job has run. Our providers don't refund used processing time, and we can't absorb it.

As a result, subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is completed, except where required by law.

2. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. After cancellation you are never charged again, and you keep access and your remaining plan credits until the end of the current billing period.

3. Automatic Credit Refunds on Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to an error on our side, the credits reserved for that job are automatically refunded to your wallet — no ticket needed. If you believe a generation charged you without delivering, reach us via our contact form and we will investigate and make it right with credits or a regeneration.

4. Plan Credits vs. Top-Up Credits

Plan credits granted by your subscription expire at the end of the billing cycle and are not refundable. Top-up credits purchased separately never expire and remain in your wallet as long as your account is active. In both cases, paid-for credits are not convertible to cash.

5. Billing Errors

If you notice a duplicate charge, a billing amount you don't recognize, or a charge for a plan you did not intend to purchase, contact us before opening a chargeback. These cases are usually resolved quickly. Accounts that open chargebacks without first contacting support may be suspended.

6. Consumer Law

Nothing in this Policy affects any mandatory refund rights granted to you by the consumer-protection laws of your country.

Affiliate commission rollbacks

If a charge is reversed for any reason — chargeback, fraud determination by Stripe, or an ACH return — the affiliate commission Crealix paid out on that charge is automatically rolled back. This applies regardless of whether you, as a customer, requested the reversal. Affiliates are made aware of this rule in the Affiliate Program section of the Terms of Service.
