How and when do I get paid?
Stripe pays you automatically the 1st of each month — but only your Available balance, not commissions still in their 30-day hold. As long as you've crossed the $50 minimum and finished Stripe's quick onboarding, you'll get the transfer. You can also trigger a manual withdrawal from your dashboard anytime your Available balance is above $50.
Why are commissions held for 30 days?
Every commission is held for 30 days before becoming withdrawable. This matches Stripe's standard refund/chargeback window — it protects you from the awkward case where we'd have to claw back a payout because a customer reversed their charge. After 30 days, the commission flips from Held to Available automatically. No action needed.
How long does the cookie last?
90 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 90 days, you get the commission — even if they don't pay until later.
Is the commission really for life?
Yes. As long as the user keeps their subscription active, you keep earning 30% of every renewal. If they cancel and resubscribe through your link later, the commissions resume.
What happens if a charge is reversed or disputed?
Crealix doesn't issue voluntary refunds — subscribers can only cancel future renewals. In the rare case a charge is reversed (chargeback, fraud, ACH bounce), the linked commission is automatically rolled back so balances always reflect real revenue. The 30-day hold on new commissions exists exactly to absorb most of these reversals before any money has left your balance.
Can I promote with paid ads?
Yes — Google Ads, YouTube ads, Meta, X. The only thing we don't allow is bidding on the Crealix brand keyword in search ads, or anything that could mislead users about being us.
Can I pick my own link slug?
Absolutely. When you activate your program, choose a custom slug — your name, your handle, anything memorable — and we check availability in real time.
Do I need to be a Crealix customer?
